Management training

Seed Skills offers a range of development services and learning solutions with various methods of undertaking them -

Individual one-on-one sessions:

2 hour structured session, delivered on a face to face basis at your workplace, or off-site.

3 hour sessions:

 Quick sessions for an instant boost to your staff. Delivered in one quick 3 hour session at a time that suits you, anytime of day between 6am-9pm!

1 day courses:

Mainly non-accredited courses to develop the skills of your staff. BSBPM510A Manage Projects is also delivered as a one day course.

Programs (6-9 Session Workshop Delivery):

3-4 hour sessions conducted every 4 weeks, with two one hour face to face individual sessions at your workplace to enhance assessment and provide greater individual understandings of the competencies. With the course covering topics over a 6 month period, participants are more able to reflect and apply lessons into the workplace.

Consultancy:

Individual sessions to identify workplace issues and work with you to develop learning solutions or organisational interventions

Recognised Prior Learning (RPL):

Feel that you already have the skills covered in any of our qualifications or units of competence? RPL is a process to recognise your current skills. It’s also a cheaper option than undertaking a course!
