Traineeships Traineeships have been designed for employees, new and existing, of any age who do not have extensive experience or formal qualifications. Some of your existing staff may be eligible to undertake a traineeship. On completion of the traineeship, your employees will possess new skills to perform their own role in an efficient, safe and competent manner. Through the learning process trainees experience greater confidence and an increased commitment to your organisation. How will the traineeship be delivered? Seed Skills Pty Ltd works with employers and employees to determine the most appropriate delivery mode for your organisation. Our flexible delivery strategies enable all programs to be adapted to suit employers needs. Traineeships can be delivered through mixed mode (a combination of on and off the job delivery) which ensures minimal disruption to your workplace. Additionally, self paced learning exercises and take home models are also available if needed. Our qualified trainers and consultants will visit your workplace to assist and assess trainees and develop an appropriate training delivery method fto suit your needs. Your organisation may already have the skills to deliver the qualifications in-house. Seed Skills can act as a partnering RTO to oversee this process for you. A FREE consultation is available for employers to discuss their needs. The length of the traineeship is determined by your state training authority and is dependant on the number of hours worked by your employee. It can take from 6 months for full time employees and up to 30 months for part time employees working a minimum of 15 hours per week to complete the traineeship program. Existing Worker Traineeships (all ages & experience) are available to ensure your current staff are able to undertake development programs without sacrificing hundreds of thousands of your organisations’ budget.
